Sometimes doing something leads to nothing, 2017

Is excessiveness the new playfulness? This project is a result of a collaboration with Vala Jónsdóttir, inspired by Francis Alys' work by the same title. It considers performing repetition in a redundant way, through playful modes of displacing a natural element.

The hanging is designed to generate small movements that resonate with the movement of water in the movie.
